Construction Laborer Operator/ Caisson InstallationJoin a well-established foundation and heavy construction contractor specializing in caisson installation, foundations, slabs, and structural concrete work. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals looking to learn a skilled trade, gain valuable construction experience, and build a long-term career with a stable, growing company.Projects typically range from one week to one month in duration, with some travel assignments lasting up to two months.ResponsibilitiesLift and move forms, steel beams, rings, lumber, and other construction materials.Assist with the construction and reinforcement of steel cages used in caisson, pier, pad, and flatwork projects.Support concrete placement, pouring, patching, and finishing activities.Strip forms and perform site cleanup upon project completion.Assist crews with general labor duties while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: Construction labor, Concrete work, Demolition, Landscaping, Dirt work, Farm or agricultural labor.Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout 10+ hour workdays.Comfortable working in extreme heat, cold, and other outdoor conditions.Reliable transportation to and from work.Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not required.Travel RequirementsMust be able to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S.Must have a flexible schedule and be comfortable remaining on travel assignments for up to four months at a time without returning home.Travel availability is a key requirement for this position.What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates are:Hardworking and dependable.Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Team players who are not above any task.Proud of the quality of their work.Flexible and able to accommodate an extensive travel schedule.Motivated to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in the construction industry.Company CultureThis family-owned company takes pride in investing in its employees and rewarding loyalty, dedication, and strong work ethics.
