Attorney - Construction Defect - GL Santa Ana, CA Full-Time Hybrid

An established firm based in Orange County with over 20 years in practice is seeking an attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their team in an onsite/hybrid work arrangement. This attorney will have experience in construction defect liability.

Offer: $130,000 - $210,000 (Based on Experience) with performance-based bonuses. Hybrid/flexible work schedule. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k). Paid time off. Qualifications: The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in California. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience in construction defect. The candidate must demonstrate solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience, strong writing and communication skills, and strategic thinking ability. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: Manage their own caseload with partner support. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings and motions. Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward. For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.
