Salary Range: $125,000-$195,000

Our client, a nationally recognizedAm Law 100 law firm , is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join its Denver practice. The role focuses on complex construction defense litigation , with additional exposure to a broader range of civil litigation matters.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle complex construction defense litigation
• Manage construction and other civil litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced litigators
• Prepare for and appear at hearings and other court proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience practicing in Colorado
• Construction litigation and/or construction defense experience
• Broader civil defense litigation experience is also relevant
• Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and oral advocacy abilities
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong academic credentials
• Trial experience preferred
• Active Colorado Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125,000-$195,000 base salary
