Who we are: Since 1963 TA Pelsue has been an innovator & leader in the industrial safety and telecom industries. We started with manhole guards and now manufacture an entire line of fall arrest and confined space safety equipment, work tents and other equipment we sell through distributors. We design and manufacture mission-critical communication trailers, vehicles, and cases, including mobile medical units and command centers, as well as portable satellite communication systems for telecommunications companies, municipalities, and first responders.
Who you are: The Connectivity Solutions Partner is responsible for revenue growth within assigned markets by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts. The role requires strong relationship management, needs assessment, and solution selling across public sector/first responder, government, enterprise, and utility customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for Pelsue connectivity solutions and related products/services.
- Manage a “hunter/farmer” pipeline: grow existing accounts while consistently developing new business.
- Support strategic selling efforts into government/first responder, municipal, enterprise, and utility channels.
Client & Channel Partner Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships; serve as a trusted point of contact.
- Collaborate with channel partners and enterprise customers to deliver solutions to end users.
- Solution Selling / Product Expertise
- Build expert-level knowledge of Pelsue products and connectivity solutions to recommend the right fit and explain technical value clearly.
- Conduct customer site visits to demonstrate, support setup, and provide product training on Pelsue vehicles and equipment — including mobile medical units, command centers, satellite communication systems and other vehicles and equipment, as needed.
Market & Competitive Insight
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape; share insights and recommendations with internal teams.
- CRM, Reporting, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM activity (HubSpot preferred) to track engagement, pipeline, and performance.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve customer experience, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Trade Shows & Events
- Attend and support trade shows and industry events to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and drive brand growth.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in the field, traveling to customer and show sites. Work location is in office, hybrid, or remote, depending on where you are located; employees based at the Pelsue office in Denver, CO have the option to work from the office when not traveling to customers or show sites; field-based employees in other regions work remotely or from a home office when not traveling. We believe this helps build a high performing cohesive team. The employee also works at customer and show locations which may be inside or outside in a variety of climates.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Employees based at the Pelsue office in Denver, CO maintain these hours in the office when not traveling; field-based employees in other regions maintain these hours from a home office or the field. Work outside of normal hours may be required during travel.
TRAVEL
Variable, up to 50% at times. This is a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person customer engagement, including on-site visits and tradeshows.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required, sales & customer service experience in a B2B sales environment required. Manufacturer to distributor sales experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR is required.

Location: Remote (U.S.) — open to candidates in the Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest regions Compensation: Base salary is determined by candidate location, plus uncapped commission.
Northwest (WA, OR, ID): $63,000 – $76,000 base
Southwest (AZ, TX, NV, NM): $58,000 – $70,000 base
Southeast (GA, FL, NC, TN): $57,000 – $69,000 base
Midwest (IL, OH, MN, MI, WI): $59,000 – $72,000 base
Final base salary within the listed range is based on candidate location, experience, and qualifications. This role also includes uncapped commission; combined first-year on-target earnings typically range from $90,000–$110,000 depending on region and performance.
