Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to join a DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy in New Orleans, LA . The specialist will assist with the DOD Logistics and Asset Management System for the Marine Corps.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with SACM processes, plans, and procedures.
2. Build system baselines, maintain project statuses, and generate reports.
3. Work with employees and officials to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Ensure compliance with identification standards for configuration system users.
5. Meet service goals by managing tickets, executing scripts, and providing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CMDB platforms in a DOD environment.
• Active ITILv3 Certification.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation

• Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
• Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and sick leave.
