Configuration Management Quality Assurance AnalystThe Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Configuration Management Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our configuration management processes and systems. This role involves analyzing, testing, and verifying configuration management processes, practices across the program to maintain consistency and reliability of information.Responsibilities:Identifies and tracks program risks and action items to closure, and assess risk and cost of changesEstablishes and maintains a close working relationship with other areas, service providers, customers, and technical staffSupport the development and delivery of briefings and training as required to leadership, individuals or teams across the program to ensure common understanding to meet objectivesReview and analyze compliance with process-specific standards and policies, and stays abreast of process changesUtilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the process as neededSupport measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings and as requiredIdentify areas for improvement in practices and recommend solutionsManages end-to-end projects that follow procedures, work instructions, and templates to support process executionSupports the development and maintenance of relevant and appropriate project management documentation and artifacts (i.e.
project schedules, briefings, reports, etc.)Support the Lead in efforts ensuring high performance and quality are consistentSupport the development and maintenance of customer required and identify and recommend changes or additions to quality metrics and KPIsEstablish goals and objectives for the team(s), running day-to-day operations for the assigned projectsDevelop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for configuration management initiativesConduct quality audits of configuration management processes, documentation, and outcomesCollaborate with configuration management teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecyclesEnsure impact of change on other services and Configuration Items (CIs) are effectively assessedClosely work with engineering team for evaluation of configuration changes during approval and after deploymentClosely work with project (release and deployment) team for changes, and ensure evaluation of configuration items.Qualifications:TS/SCI with poly requiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience5+ years of related work experienceGood working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesITIL V3 or 4 certification and trainingStrong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsChange Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) preferredExperience with project management tools and methodologiesDesired:Advanced ITIL certifications or trainingProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationWorking knowledge with ServiceNowExperience in leading large process improvement projectsExperience with Agile methodologiesGood understanding of product release methodologiesWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
