We at Levy are partnering with the Rose Quarter to create a shared vision of elevated and inclusive hospitality that proudly embodies Portland's unique food story.A Day In The LifeWhile no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Concessions Supervisor –Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service standards (with a smile on your face)Monitor inventory counts at beginning and end of each eventManage escalated guest inquiriesTrain team members on Point-of-Sale system and payment processingEnsure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standardsEnsure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and proceduresAdapt to shifting stand assignments within the arenaPivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)Perform any other duties as assignedThe Perfect MatchWe might be a great match if the below applies to you –Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments1+ year of supervisor experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment preferredComfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphereOrganized individual with strong leadership skillsWork both independently and with a teamBasic PC knowledgeFamiliarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systemsAbility to adapt and learn new technology/programsMaintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduledAuthentic Levy is the phrase that describes the power and uniqueness of Levy's Vision, Mission, and Family Values in action.
