Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines and produce high-quality, precision-machined components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines and monitor machine performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Maintain production records, equipment, tools, and work areas
• Follow 5S, safety, PPE, and ISO 9001 requirements
Requirements:
• Strong blueprint-reading and mechanical skills
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
