Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

The University of Rochester Flaum Eye Institute is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist at the Assistant Professor level to join their faculty. This role offers the opportunity to step into established clinical and surgical volumes, including a high number of cataract surgeries, within a nationally recognized center for patient care, education, and research. Compensation

• Generous start-up packages commensurate with experience
• Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and credentials
• The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process
• Compensation: $220,785 - $516,853

• Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology
