Compliance Site Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY: Please Note: This is not a people leadership role and does not include direct reports.The Compliance Site Manager will report directly to the Compliance Director in executing the Henry Ford Health (HFH) Compliance Program. This role assists in ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and Compliance Program standards, while promoting a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. The Compliance Site Manager partners with leadership, physicians, and staff and maintains a consistent on-site presence at an assigned hospital to support compliance engagement, risk identification, and operational integration. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare compliance experience required; or a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor's degreeExperience working within a multi-hospital health system (preferred)Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs, investigations, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirementsStrong verbal and written communication, interviewing, and presentation skillsAbility to present information clearly and effectivelyDemonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independentlyEffective consensus-building and conflict resolution skillsHigh level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to balance compliance and operational considerationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems
