Job Overview


We are seeking experienced Compliance Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative project at the intersection of law and emerging technology . In this role, you will help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing, analyzing, and refining AI-generated legal content related to U.S. compliance and regulatory matters. No prior AI experience is required—your legal expertise, analytical skills, and regulatory knowledge are what matter most.


Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze, review, and annotate legal documents and compliance materials to support AI system development.


  • Draft detailed legal explanations, rationales, and responses to complex compliance and regulatory scenarios.


  • Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, legal reasoning, logical consistency, and adherence to U.S. compliance standards.


  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to provide expertise on complex compliance and regulatory issues.


  • Develop scenario-based legal questions and answers reflecting current compliance laws, regulations, and industry practices.


  • Identify legal ambiguities, regulatory risks, and potential issues in AI-generated content, providing recommendations for improvement.


  • Contribute feedback to enhance AI training processes and improve the quality of legal datasets.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.


  • Active attorney license in good standing in the United States.


  • 3–15 years of recent experience practicing compliance law in the United States.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.


  • Current experience practicing U.S. compliance law.


  • Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.


  • Experience teaching law or legal writing at an accredited law school is a plus.


  • Editorial experience with a law review or legal journal is highly valued.
