Experience

Minimum of 2 years with a large national firm. (Maximum 6 years attorney experience please) conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is beneficial, but not required.

Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.

We are seeking candidates for associate positions who are currently completing a top clerkship or are looking to lateral with 2 to 6 years of broad-based experience in civil litigation. Clients span a broad range of industries including technology, life sciences, and others.

As an Associate, you will focus on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

In addition to excellent academic credentials, we are looking for someone with top law firm experience. Candidates must also have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
