This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and wants to play a key role in shaping compensation strategy across a national workforce.This position reports to senior leadership in People Analytics and Total Rewards. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation design, market analysis, and HR systems—especially Workday—and be able to communicate insights with clarity and confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update salary structures, job classifications, and geographic differentialsSupport the design and administration of incentive and bonus programsForecast annual raises and model compensation for over 1,000 employeesEvaluate job descriptions and ensure internal consistency and appropriate levelingProvide compensation guidance to HR, Finance, and Recruiting teamsConduct competitive market analyses and participate in compensation surveysMonitor regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local compensation lawsConfigure and manage compensation components in Workday HCMBuild dashboards and reports in collaboration with IT to ensure pay equityPrepare ad hoc compensation recommendations and presentations for leadershipPartner with recruiting to advise on salary ranges and total rewards during hiringQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related roleStrong analytical skills and fluency in Excel and compensation toolsExperience working in or alongside high-performance, professional services environmentsClear, concise communicator with strong attention to detailKnowledge of HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independentlyFamiliarity with compensation compliance requirementsMust reside within commuting distance of Wilmington, Philadelphia, or BostonWillingness to work in the office an average of four days per weekAbility to consistently work 45–50 hours per week with occasional evenings/weekendsThis is a high-visibility opportunity within a well-respected organization that values its people and invests heavily in their development.
