Pay Rate: $40–$42/hour (W2)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS, reporting systems, dashboards, and large datasets.
- Ability to develop reports, analyze data, and provide business recommendations.
