Devotionhospice is seeking a Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes or care settings in Richardson, TX.
The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement and document plans of care, educate families, coordinate with the IDG, and support on-call coverage.
Applicants should hold a current RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license, with hospice RN experience preferred.
