Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Services Liaison to join our team! As a Community Services Liaison, you will reach out to social workers, case managers, medical offices, doctors, and hospitals to discuss their current medical needs, understand their requirements, and offer tailored services. You will also manage relationships with existing clients, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to serve as a resource for clients. The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex information. The company offers unlimited commissions based on monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to new and potential clients to build relationships, assess needs, and present pricing and sales pitches
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, recommend equipment, and assist with issues
- Stay informed on industry trends to better understand customer needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all equipment sold and their uses
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Medical knowledge or understanding of basic medical concepts helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
