Through our paid, 12-month Trader Development Program, you'll gain the market knowledge, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to build your own book of business and transition into a full-commission Trader role. As a Trader, you'll develop customer and supplier relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage business from start to finish.
