About the Company
Our client is a respected Hawaii based commercial real estate organization with a long-standing reputation for excellence in property management and client service. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets and serve as a trusted advisor to property owners and tenants.
This position offers the opportunity to step into a high impact role where you'll have ownership of property performance, operational strategy, tenant relationships, and client communication.
The Opportunity

You'll work directly with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently, budgets are maintained, and tenants receive an exceptional experience.
No two days look exactly the same. One day may involve reviewing financial performance and lease renewals, while the next could include conducting site visits, coordinating capital improvements, resolving tenant concerns, or meeting with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
- Coordinate vendor services and negotiate proposals when needed
- Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and operating expenses
- Review lease obligations, scheduled rent increases, renewals, and other key milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards
- Partner with internal accounting and operations teams to achieve portfolio goals
- Provide owners with clear communication and strategic recommendations regarding their investments
What We're Looking For
- Active Hawaii Real Estate License
- Experience managing commercial real estate, retail, office, industrial, or mixed use properties
- Strong understanding of leases, property operations, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field visiting properties throughout Oahu
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
