Job Description
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Utilize construction management software for tracking and reporting
Partner with Superintendents and Assistant PMs to oversee field operations
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Mentor and develop junior team members
Foster a collaborative, high-performance project team environment

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
Background working with a general contractor required
Proven success delivering projects in healthcare, education, or light industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of construction documents and specifications
Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred)
Familiarity with budgeting and cost control tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

$115,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
