This is a high-impact role for a tech-savvy paralegal who lives and breathes eDiscovery, thrives in complex litigation, and wants to be part of a firm where your work is seen, valued, and rewarded.What You'll DoServe as a key member of the litigation support team across all phases of complex litigationManage the full eDiscovery lifecycle in alignment with the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) — identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and productionCoordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors on data collections and productionsRun searches, build review workflows, and assist with document review and quality controlPrepare and produce documents in accordance with court orders and ESI protocolsDraft and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and litigation hold noticesMaintain case calendars, deadlines, and chronologiesSupport attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialBuild trial binders, exhibits, and witness materialsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with hands-on eDiscovery responsibilityStrong working knowledge of the EDRM framework and modern eDiscovery best practicesProficiency with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull, DISCO, or similar)Solid understanding of Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, especially as they relate to ESIExperience managing large document productions and complex review projectsExcellent organizational, writing, and communication skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusParalegal certificate or relevant degree preferredWhy This OpportunityBoutique firm, excellent reputation — sophisticated work, direct partner access, no big-firm bureaucracyHybrid schedule — a truly flexible setup that respects your time and how you do your best workDowntown Miami location — easy commute, walkable lunches, Metromover accessGreat culture — collaborative, supportive, and built on mutual respectTop-of-market compensation and full benefits package401(k), generous PTO, and continuing education supportA team that invests in tech, training, and the people who make it runReady to climb?
