Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Research and drafting
- Prepare for, attend and conduct hearings and depositions
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of civil litigation experience, preferably commercial litigation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
