Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts Manage discovery, including strategy, depositions, and document review oversight Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team on sophisticated business disputes

4+ years of commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm or through relevant clerkship experience

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Demonstrated attention to detail and strong academic credentials
