This individual will manage client relationships, service accounts, and perform licensed insurance activities while delivering proactive solutions that align with each client's needs.
Your key responsibilities may include:Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewalsPartner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategyConduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutionsProcess endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timelinessMaintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accuratelyDeliver exceptional client service that strengthens long term relationships and supports agency growth
