Commercial Billing Specialist

Commercial Billing SpecialistSalary: $52,000-62,000 annually, DOEBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k).Responsibilities:Maintain accurate customer records, billing details, and project budgets for assigned accounts.Set up and manage contracts within the company's financial system to ensure accurate and timely billing.Prepare, review, and distribute monthly invoices based on customer-provided data.Compile and summarize supplemental billing documentation to meet specific customer requirements.Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and billing concerns.Perform billing, reporting, and reconciliation activities in accordance with monthly close deadlines.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account-related issues.Support ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:3+ years of business to business billing experience requiredAssociate's degree in Accounting highly preferredSystems/Technical Skills:WorkdayMicrosoft OutlookCustomer billing portalsMicrosoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and other advanced formulasAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
