Will achieve high quality, efficiency and low cost productivity.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPull component material and set up on machine by specificationQuality control will provide process specificationOperator is responsible for the machine being set up correctlyFeed the component material through the color compound machineResponsible for putting in the pellet binFill out all process specification sheets for the linesMonitor all side barrels for contaminationMonitor shakers and bins for uncut pelletsReview all Maguire setupsMonitor lines for breakoutsRerun all side barrels with colorClean area and wipe down lines and Maguire'sOther duties assigned by managementKeep the supervisor or department manager appropriately informed of equipment issues or any concernsPerformance ExpectationsMust be able to walk and stand for long periods of timeMust be able to tolerate extreme hot or cold temperaturesMust be safety orientedAbility to multi-taskMust be able to work flexible hoursExperience/Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredOther RequirementsMust maintain LTO certificationUtilize all PPE required
