CNC ProgrammerWe are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer with expertise in Mastercam and CNC Mill and Lathe operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with blueprint reading and programming, particularly with Haas brand machines, although this is not a requirement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC Mill and Lathe programs using Mastercam.Interpret and work from blueprints to create precise machining instructions.Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.Maintain and update programming software to the latest versions as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Mastercam programming, with experience in the latest version.Strong experience in CNC Mill and Lathe operations, preferably with Haas machines.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with machining, particularly with stainless steel materials.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.Familiarity with CNC setup processes.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned business where you can work in a clean and organized shop environment.
