CNC OperatorSummerville, SC 29483The Onsrud Router Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Onsrud CNC routers to cut, drill, and shape materials according to specifications. This role ensures parts are produced accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate Onsrud CNC routers according to job instructions and production schedulesLoad and unload materials onto the router table safely and efficientlyMonitor machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standardsPerform basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as requiredInspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify accuracyIdentify and report machine issues, material defects, or quality concernsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesWork with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsComplete required production and quality documentationQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior experience operating CNC routers or similar equipment preferredExperience with Onsrud routers is a plusAbility to read blueprints, work orders, or CAD/CAM drawingsBasic math and measurement skillsAttention to detail and quality
