Job TitleWe are seeking an individual who possesses a trade school certificate, has knowledge of Master Cam, and at least 2 years of experience working with CNC equipment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCNC Vertical mill center set up, operation & programming adjustment, of HAAS & FRYER CNC MillsConduct 1st off and regular QC inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standardsPlan machining time by reviewing work orders, prints, engineering plans, and material specifications.Oversee/operate multiple machinesSet-up and break-down of machining centersCompletes preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled and maintains fluid levelsMaintain a clean work environmentNotify supervisors if there are any problems with the machine.Train and oversee machine operatorsWork with engineers and management to achieve, to spec, quality partsMaintain a high level of production while maintaining qualityResponding to quick turnaround ordersPerforming well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentMinimum Acceptable QualificationsSiemens experience a plusStrong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment.Ability to use micrometer, calipers & measuring toolsMust be familiar with stainless steelHave knowledge other shop equipment such as manual mills, saws, sanders, drills, etc.Ability to lift 50lbs
