As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating a CNC Machine to make firearms and related products.ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup and Operation: Setting up machines to start a production cycle and operating machining equipment safely alongside a team of operators.Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.Precision Measurement: Using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet exact dimensional requirements.Quality Control: Performing visual inspections and quality control sampling to verify conformance to strict quality standards.Equipment Calibration: Calibrating, testing, and adjusting machine settings or controls in preparation for production operations.Troubleshooting: Monitoring machines during operation to detect malfunctions or excessive vibration and adjusting settings to eliminate problems.Documentation: Updating daily production logs and informing management of any production incidents or non-conformance issues.Material Management: Replenishing materials and supplies as needed to maintain a continuous production flow.Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety standards in production, including proper use of power tools and following emergency shutdown protocols.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.1-2 years of related experience.Clean criminal background.Great Contract to Hire Opportunity1st: 10 PM - 6 AM $17.72/hr.2nd 2 PM - 10 PM $17.72/hr.
