CNC Machine OperatorChandler Industries is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Blaine, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is looking to grow in a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, support production processes, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

You'll work alongside experienced team members while building your skills in machining and inspection.Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components to specificationLoad and unload materials and work-pieces into machinesReview job documentation (routers, control plans, blueprints, inspection instructions) to ensure accurate setup and sequencingPerform basic inspections using standard measuring tools to verify part qualityDeburr and perform surface finishing operations such as sandingMonitor machines and parts during operation to identify and report issuesReplace tooling and assist with basic machine adjustments as neededMaintain coolant and oil levels and complete routine preventative maintenance checksHandle materials, tooling, and parts throughout production processesAccurately record job data and labor in ERP systemMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and OSHA requirementsSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement effortsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals)Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to learn blueprint reading and basic inspection techniquesAbility to follow instructions and work under supervisionReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitudePrevious CNC operator or manufacturing experienceExposure to blueprints, machining, or inspection toolsCNC Machine Technology or related certificationAbility to operate multiple machines as neededAbility to learn basic machine offsets and axis movements.Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person as defined by federal regulations)
