Duties

- Represent CMBS loan servicers, special servicers, and institutional lenders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in relevant legal practice.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
Skills
- Experience in the CMBS industry preferred.
- Major law firm employment history preferred.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
