The Assistant Technical Manager oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical projects, supports budget control, and fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The Assistant Technical Manager leads and inspires the Team to work to their highest capabilities and ensures they continuously develop talent in the department.
The role follows and trains others on the Company's safety and environmental policies, environmental systems, and machinery to ensure A.B.C. (Above and Beyond Compliance) standards are achieved and maintained.
