We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites
- Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators
- Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program
- Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices
- Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support
- Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down
- 2+ years of experience as a field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
