Requirements to apply
- BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse licensure meeting applicable state requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience, including at least one (1) year working with the elderly population
- At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to travel between clinic sites and participant homes as needed; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required if using a personal vehicle

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative PACE Clinical Services Manager to lead nursing operations across the PACE clinic and PACE Home Care program.
