Clinical Psychologist - Bloomington, Indiana

IU Health Medical Group South Region in Bloomington is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team!

Position Details

• Full-time employed position
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 100% outpatient work
• Established team of Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers, Therapists, and support staff

Responsibilities

• Performs complete diagnostic evaluation of patients by administering the appropriate tests and measurements to determine level of impairment.
• Performs direct patient care services utilizing appropriate techniques and procedures as defined by the department.
• Develops a treatment plan based upon the evaluation, patient goals and goals established to optimize treatment and the recovery of the patients.
• Modifies treatment programs at regular intervals documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Provides education, training, and support to patient/family to assist with treatment requirements, discharge planning and home programming.
• Strives to meet and exceed individual/patient/family and other customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral of Psychology (Psy.D.) required
• Current licensure by the State of Indiana as a Health Services Provider in Psychology (HSPP) required
• 2+ years of Psychologist experience preferred
• Experience in ADHD testing preferred
• Experience in ASD assessment/testing preferred
• Experience in OCD treatment preferred
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
