Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and counsel patients on HIV medications, chronic disease treatments, and preventative therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
- Manage insurance claims and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Utilize pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management
What We’re Looking For
- Active WA Pharmacist License: Unrestricted and in good standing
- Patient-Centered Care: Deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities
- Clinical Proficiency: Baseline understanding of HIV therapies and chronic condition management; AAHIVP certification is a plus
- Technical Skill: Experience with pharmacy management systems (McKesson Enterprise preferred)
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strong Communicator: Able to clearly explain medication regimens and support patient adherence
