Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Manager is a field-based nursing leader responsible for the clinical performance, coordination, quality, and continuity of care across an assigned Colorado territory. This role functions as an extension of the Director of Nursing, combining people leadership, clinical case management, field-based nursing expertise, quality and compliance oversight, patient advocacy, and new patient admission support.
