Clinical Program Manager (LCSW), Supervision and Group Therapy
Facility: Denver Springs, Westminster

Denver Springs is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality services to our patients.
How you'll contribute
- Follows the operational guidelines set forth for assigned programs including child/adolescent, military, and other specialty programs.
- Provides oversight to all staff and delivers feedback through the performance evaluation process, including counseling or corrective action when necessary.
- Communicates with the Director of OP or DCS on an ongoing basis to address issues related to programming, staffing, marketing, and business operations.
- Oversees and completes chart audits.
- Communicates with the treatment team to ensure chart compliance.
- Interfaces with others to ensure completion of physician follow‑ups from CPE and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversees quality assurance requirements and reviews patient satisfaction forms to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and parental perception of the program.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with referral sources, community agencies, and organizations.
- Interfaces with the Medical Director to review clinical programs and address concerns from patients, parents, or managed care.
- Ensures that all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards.
- Oversees the transportation program, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policy, and procedure.
- Actively participates in the compliance resolution process as needed.

What we’re looking for
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
- License: Current clinical or social work license required by state regulations.
- Certifications: CPR and De‑escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
Hourly range: $66,955–$90,396 Annually.
$5,000 Sign‑on Bonus for External Applicants.
