- Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM | $100,000 salary
- Thursday–Saturday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM | $103,000 salary
That means 4 days off every week — with no work expected outside your scheduled clinic days.
No Billable Hour Requirements
Focus on clinical care, supervision, treatment planning, and parent training — not chasing billables.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
- Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct parent training and caregiver support
- Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
What We're Looking For
? BCBA certification in good standing
? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
? Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred
? Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
? Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
