Overview
Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their client base. Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations areas in a timely and professional manner. Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wires, credit, and investment.
Responsibilities
- Support bankers and investors in relationship management with their client base.
- Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the team by assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews.
- Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to trades, transfers, wire transfers, credit, and investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of industry related experience
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itaú’s related policies and procedures
