As a Client Program Specialist, you'll lead the projects, help shape the strategy, and turn research and data into recommendations that help some of the world's leading companies build better mobility programs.One day you're running a technology rollout from kickoff to launch.

The next you're digging into benchmarking data to inform a client's next big policy move, or presenting program recommendations straight to the client table. You'll partner closely with our Manager, Client Program Development, and team up with Client Relations, Business Development, and Marketing along the way, all while bringing AI assisted tools into the mix to work smarter and faster.If you love leading projects from idea to launch, get energized by solving strategic puzzles, and want your recommendations to genuinely shape how leading companies relocate their people, we think you'll fit right in.Essential FunctionsLead client implementation projects and technology rollouts as project manager, coordinating system setup, kickoff calls, milestones, testing, and cross functional teams from initiation through launchPartner in the development of client program strategies by delivering consulting recommendations aligned to client objectives and industry best practicesPrepare and present program materials, policy recommendations, and strategic deliverables to current and prospective clientsLead and support industry research, benchmarking, and reporting efforts, including competitive analysis, custom client benchmarks, and executive summaries that inform program strategy and support business developmentSupport client program reviews, including Year End Reviews, data preparation, technology platform support, and ongoing program qualityCollaborate with the Client Analyst to integrate reporting data, program metrics, and trend insights into client facing consulting deliverables and strategic reviewsProactively explore and apply AI assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of client facing deliverablesUphold quality and brand standards across all client facing materials and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen processes and team efficienciesMaintain consistent and reliable attendanceMaintain positive, professional relationships with clients and colleaguesProactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policiesMaintain accurate "real time" records in all Plus systemsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, client services, project management, or a related fieldCollege degree preferredGMS, CRP, and/or PMP certifications preferredExperience with Salesforce, or comparable CRM/program management platforms, preferredRequired Skills and AbilitiesStrong client facing communication and relationship management skills; comfortable presenting and facilitating meetings with clients, CRDs, and technical stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing deadlinesFamiliarity with AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to client program deliveryTechnical aptitude for configuring and troubleshooting platformsStrong project management skills, with the ability to establish milestones, coordinate across teams, and drive client timelines to completionProficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce preferredAbility to challenge existing processes and bring a strategic, innovative approach to client program deliveryStrong understanding of global mobility services, client program structures, and relocation industry benchmarkingSelf starter who works autonomously and proactively identifies gaps or risks in client programs and processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all client facing deliverablesCompensation and Benefits SummaryThis role offers a salary range of $58,000 to $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:Annual discretionary profit sharing bonusPaid floating holiday401(k) retirement contributionsSalary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks.
