Job Overview
Human Resources Consultant – responsible for providing HR expertise, resolving client issues, recommending best practices, and delivering training for ADP’s large enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to ADP’s HR and payroll products.
- Communicate with clients to manage expectations, set priorities, and follow up promptly.
- Recommend solutions, share best practices, and educate clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Located in the Miami, FL area; requires hybrid work (remote 2 days, office 3 days).
- 5–8 years of professional consulting or systems-related experience.
- 5–8 years of customer service or HR experience with demonstrable results.
- A college degree is a plus but not required; acceptable alternative experience includes military experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification or willingness to obtain one within the first year.
