Human Resources Consultant

As a trusted advisor to ADP clients, you will apply HR expertise, product knowledge, and consulting skills to resolve complex business challenges and support the company’s largest clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an HR expert for ADP’s mainstream and complex products, diagnosing and resolving client issues independently.
  • Proactively provide information, best‑practice guidance, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with clients by phone and in writing, prioritizing cases, managing tasks, and delivering timely follow‑up.
  • Exceed client expectations, maintain high service standards and uphold ADP’s core value of Integrity .
  • Recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients, and share knowledge with less experienced consultants.

Required Qualifications

  • Located in or near Alpharetta, GA (or surrounding area) to manage an external client book for the Southeast and Carolina regions.
  • 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems‑related organization.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a customer‑service or human‑resources environment with proven results.
  • College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience may substitute.
  • Hybrid work model (office/virtual).

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Certification or willingness to pursue certification within the first year.
