The Role

• Manage and assist with a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
• Work closely with experienced partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation matters and client strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3+ years of practical litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense, civil litigation, or related disputes.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar or due to be admitted.
