Civil Engineer & AutoCAD/Civil 3D Draftsman

We’re growing our team and seeking a Civil Engineer and an AutoCAD/Civil 3D Draftsman with Northern Virginia experience to support land development design and production.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare site plans/ grading plans including utility and stormwater designs
- Produce high-quality CAD drawings and plan sets
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and local jurisdictions
What We’re Looking for
- Civil Engineer: BSCE + land development experience
- Draftsman: Strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills
- Detail-driven, organized and reliable
