Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a motivated professional to support the Christus Pipeline Initiative, a talent pipeline program connecting clinicians to healthcare facilities nationwide. In this role, you will source and screen physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied health professionals, coordinate interviews, and assist with credentialing and onboarding. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates and client organizations, track placements in our systems, and collaborate with a service-driven team.
