Child Psychiatrist

Join a cutting-edge group in Costa Mesa, CA, as a full-time Child Psychiatrist, specializing in an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice 100% outpatient psychiatry with regular office hours and limited call. The organization focuses on a multi-modal approach to uncover the root causes of emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues in children, teenagers, and adults.

• Specializes in an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide array of emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues for children, teenagers, and adults.
• Provides a multi-modal approach to treatment that uncovers the root cause of issues or challenges not discovered by traditional psychiatry.
• Believes it is critical to look at the patient's brain within the context of their life, which includes biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences.
• 100% outpatient practice.

Compensation

• $250k+ base salary plus production bonus
• Total potential compensation based on 50/50 split working 30 patient hours a week is $306,000 (with 4 weeks off a year)
• Awarded ownership shares based on performance

Shift & Schedule

• Will consider telehealth for Physicians who can come onsite at least a few days per week
• Mon thru Fri, 9am to 5pm
• Weekends and evenings are not required and they are rarely called after hours

Requirements

• Board certified preferred
• Current medical license in the state of California or willing to obtain
• Must be open to multiple treatment plan approach to mental health
