MASC Medical is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with a strong interest or specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for a well-established mental health practice in Danbury, Connecticut. This full-time, flexible opportunity offers a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. Practice Info
- Practice Type: Outpatient Mental Health
- Team Composition: 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level
- Patient Volume: 150–200 patients/week across the group
- Population: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)
- Credentialing Timeline: 6–8 weeks
Compensation
- Base Salary: $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)
- Bonus: Productivity-based
- Partnership Track: Buy-in opportunity included in contract

Shift & Schedule
