Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and anchor on the most central people problems. You will own the external product narrative end-to-end, and lead strategic bets such as AI enablement with a single accountable owner.
You’ll design leadership rhythms, partner with HRBP on hiring and talent reviews, and coordinate roadmap planning with Technology Operations, Finance, and Design.
