Chief Labor Relations Negotiator

Northwell Health seeks a senior Labor Relations leader to oversee counsel and guidance on labor relations aligned with organizational goals. The role leads the development, integration and administration of Labor Relations policies, services and programs across the Health System.

Responsibilities include directing bargaining strategy, negotiating with unions for assigned units, providing enterprise-wide guidance, managing strategic initiatives, partnering with business leaders to strengthen
